song of the moment

Senti ako ngayon.

Old Photograph
Jim Capaldi

Yesterday I felt the wind blowing 'round my shoulder
Feel like I'm getting older
Still I can't forget your face

Separated by a million miles of ocean
My heart still feels emotion
Even in this lonely place

Old photographs and places I remember
Just like a dying ember
That's burned into my soul
Even though we walk the diamond-studded highways
It's the country lanes and byways
That makes us long for home

Lately I just find my mind has turned to dreamin'
Making plans and scheming
How I'm gonna get back home

But deep down inside I know its really hopeless
This road I'm on is endless
We climb our mountains all alone

REFRAIN

That makes us long
For home

keep your promises

Once upon a time, there lived a beautiful Queen with voluptuous breasts.

Nick the Dragon Slayer obsessed over the Queen for this reason. He knew that the penalty for his desire would be death should he try to touch them, but he had to try. One day Nick revealed his secret desire to his colleague, Horatio the Physician, the King's chief doctor. Horatio thought about this and said that he could arrange for Nick to more than satisfy his desire, but it would cost him 1,000 gold coins to arrange it. Without pause Nick readily agreed to the scheme.

The next day, Horatio made a batch of itching powder and poured a little bit into the Queen's brassiere while she bathed. Soon after she dressed, the itching commenced and grew intense. Upon being summoned to the Royal Chambers to address this incident, Horatio informed the King and Queen that only a special saliva, if applied for four hours, would cure this type of itch, and that tests had shown that only the saliva of Nick would work as the antidote to cure the itch. The King quickly summoned Nick. Horatio then slipped Nick the antidote for the itching powder, which he put into his mouth, and for the next four hours, Nick worked passionately on the Queen's voluptuous and magnificent breasts.

The Queen's itching was eventually relieved, and Nick left satisfied and hailed as a hero. Upon returning to his chamber, Nick found Horatio demanding his payment of 1,000 gold coins. With his obsession now satisfied, Nick couldn't have cared less and, knowing that Horatio could never report this matter to the King, and with a laugh told him to get lost.

The next day, Horatio slipped a massive dose of the same itching powder into the King's underwear. The King immediately summoned Nick and...

I think you know the rest of the story.

no more excuses

me konting frustrations.

me konting dissapointments.

for the longest time ang gusto ko lang gawin, matulog at manuod ng sine. walang ganang magtrabaho. wala akong ginawa kundi mag reklamo.

nakakapagod!

God, grant me the serenity to accept the people I cannot change, the courage to change the one I can, and the wisdom to know it's me.

No more excuses now.

sorry kung meron mang na-apektohan. lalo na kay G (na mahal na mahal ko.)

yay!

okei na ako. balik na ulit sa dati.

pero me mood swings pa rin paminsan-minsan ha. natural na yun e.

9 things people say or do that I hate

being in a sarcastic mode, I'm posting a
forwarded e-mail from a friend way back when...

1. People who point at their wrist while asking for the time...
I know where my watch is pal, where the hell is yours?
Do I point at my thing when I ask where the toilet is?

2. People who are willing to get off their butt to search the entire room for the TV remote because they refuse to walk to the TV and change the channel manually.

3. When people say "Oh you just want to have your cake and eat it too".
Damn right! What good is cake if you can't eat it?

4. When people say "it's always the last place you look".
Of course it is. Why the hell would you keep looking after you've found it?

5. When people say while watching a film "did you see that?"
No Loser, I paid 180 pesos to come to the cinema and stare at the damn floor.

6. People who ask "Can I ask you a question?"...
Didn't really give me a choice there, did ya sunshine?

7. When something is 'new and improved!' Which is it?
If it's new, then there has never been anything before it.
If it's an improvement, then there must have been
something before it, couldn't be new.

8. When people say "life is short". What the hell??
Life is the longest damn thing anyone ever does!!
What can you do that's longer?

9. When you are waiting for the bus and someone asks "Has the bus come yet?" If the bus came would I be standing here, dumbass?
